USTET replaced by USTAR

Instead of basing their admissions on the results of University of Santo Tomas Entrance Test, or USTET, the UST admissions will base it on a score computed from "a number of parameters" derived largely from the academic performance and record of applicant. UST calls the new system  USTAR. It is not yet clear however how the score will be computed and what exactly "a number of parameters" mean. 

Will Other CETs Be Cancelled Too?

There is a big possibility that other universities will follow UST's lead as the health crises continues.
