PSHS National Competitive Examination (NCE) Application

Philippine Science High School updated its application schedule for PSHS NCE for SY 2021-2022. They are now accepting testing applicants. It is also now possible to submit applications online as well as by going directly to the different PSHS campuses. 

PSHS NCE Application Deadline

Note that the Philippine Science High School System sets two deadlines for filing NCE applications. It is best to file your application early to avoid the deadline rush.

PSHS NCE Exam Date

The PSHS NCE will be on November 18, 2023. The date is the same regardless of where you are taking the exam.

Exam Application Requirements

Walk-in applicants:

• Duly accomplished application form

• Two (2) most recent identical 1x1 ID pictures

• Proof of Payment:

  •  Php 300 for private schools (pay at the PSHS Cashier)

  •  Free for public schools and private scholars

• Certified true copy of report card (SY 2022-2023) by the class adviser / principal.

  • Note: provide certification that the child belongs to the upper 10% of the batch if Math or Science grade is below 85%.

• If a scholar from a private school, certification or proof that the child is a scholar of the school.

For online applicants:

•     Duly accomplished online form

• Scanned/Digitized copy of the attachments:

  • most recent 1x1 ID pictures

  • Proof of Payment:

    • Php 300 for private schools (paid first to Landbank)

    • Free for public schools and private scholars

  • Certified true copy of report card (SY 2022-2023) by the class adviser / principal.

  • proof/certification that the child belongs to the upper 10% of the batch if Math or Science grade is below 85%.

  • If a scholar from a private school, certification or proof that the child is a scholar of the school.
